Adventurers cannot survive on rations alone, or at least we wouldn’t want to. A hearty meal at the local tavern is the dream of many an adventurer, as they drag their bruised parties from the dungeons they delve. Tasty, comfort food is a staple of a good time, and we know how to make what Adventurers crave. ALL Adventurers. Only the best ingredients, few allergens, and all plant-based. No eggs, animals or gelatinous cubes were harmed in the making of our foods. We take as much pride in our menu as we do our gaming sessions. So stop in and enjoy an adventure in both culinary delight and roleplaying. So good, you won’t believe what’s not in it!

But, WHY Plant-Based, Allergen-Friendly Comfort Food for a Gaming Tavern?
In short, INCLUSIVITY.
All adventurers want to be able to stroll into a Tavern after a long quest and enjoy a nice hearty meal and a tasty drink. But not all adventurers are the same. While some are looking for a delicious stein of Mead and a meat pie, many others don’t drink, don’t eat meat, or can’t enjoy a pie full of gluten or dairy. And we understand that.
We want our tavern to accommodate travelers of all paths. This is why my delightful partner and I are bringing our 40+ years of culinary experience and allergen-friendly diet to the Tavern. We make satisfying, comfort food. Flatbreads, Paninis, Tots, Soups, and so much more will rotate through our seasonal menu, while our bakery will feature hot, fresh-baked cookies, bars, cakes, pies, and other delicious treats. All of which are plant-based, and 8 of the 9 top allergens free. Not just that, but we are also committed to not incorporating industrial oils, refined sugar, corn, soy, or other questionable ingredients in our food.
Why only 8 of the top 9? Because we use nuts. Tree nuts themselves feature in only a few of our recipes, but coconut sugar features in many of our baked goods, and, as it turns out, coconut is, in fact, a tree nut! We use coconut sugar as a refined cane sugar substitute. We also use other sweeteners, so it’s not in every recipe, but it is in some. Each menu item containing tree nuts will be clearly labeled on the menu. (And should you have a recommendation for an alternative crystalline, dry-form sweetener that is not a tree nut, we’d love to hear from you!)
